Turns out that I don't really like Lemonade Chicken! It sounded so good in the recipe but it smelled like Swiss steak while cooking and that little dab of ketchup really took over in the flavor profile. Even some strong sweet and sour sauce didn't really save the day for me. The daughter and hubby ate it without complaint though, so it just might be my dislike of tomato that is the issue.
Was a pretty day, but we have a frost advisory tonight so the garden must be covered up.
